It's only worth it if you're on a work from home setup, otherwise the pay is extremely low
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I always say that as long as I'm on work-from-home, non-voice setup, I'll still be grateful for my work (despite the measly pay). But the sudden campaign transfer and how it was handled has a left a bad taste in my mouth. I don't feel safe or secure in this job anymore.

My workload has increased significantly but may pay has decreased after being transferred to a new campaign.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Treating teammates better would be a good start. Or at least not catching everyone off-guard with sudden campaign transfers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The teammate I often talk to was forced to resign during the recent scaling down. So the best thing about my team has left the company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
TaskUs prides itself in having a culture of openness and putting people first. And yet the leadership team have failed to do this in the recent scaling down of my campaign. The whole thing was unprofessional and distasteful - compared to how the same situation was handled in my previous campaign.
