My site has been one of the best workplace. I've ever been employed in people are positive, leaders are very approachable and we get things done easily because there is cooperation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because I know that I have so much more to offer and have been always proving my capabilities. I ensure to go above and beyond what is required not just by me but my entire team. I hope that with special skills this can be compensated.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very at sync we have dynamics and different personalities that suits each other. We are there to support each other all the way may it be in personal growth or at work. Our openness with each other has been the key to our small team's success.
