1. My managers (past and present) are all supportive of my goals. 2. My team has been so good, we always pass the metrics every month. 3. Leaves are auto-approved for Teammates, but it will need approval if you're a TL. 4. No night diff for Leads and up. 5. OD loves to embarrass people.

The People First Culture is always the best!

My team. They are like flesh and blood

We bond. That's just it.

My team has the greatest bonds ever. We help each other through thick and thin

Everyone is collaborating and helping each other in making sure that no one gets left behind.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is great. It embodies the right "people first" advocacy. It's just the managers and above who make it hard for everyone
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No internet allowance for WFH employees - shuttle services has been removed for RTO employees and lastly, incentives are too small compared to other companies
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Only Teammates are given the night differential, even we, leaders, work at night as well. I believe we are also entitled to get that benefit.
