We have all the ammenities. I am hoping we could improve the food quality, amount, taste and the way on how they could distribute it faster.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that TaskUS is an employee first company, we have a healthy working environment, it excited me to go to office because of our cool and relaxing office design.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Hoping there would be an incentive or a salary raise once an employee was promoted to a higher position. Or a tenurity raise would also be much appreciated. For me, a company could succeed if the employees has the mastery of all the processes and keeps improving all through the years.
