Positive vibes. Team Leaders are friendly and easy to approach. Also teammates are friendly and helpful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A lot of disputes regarding salary, it would be better if they are being fixed in time before the salary is given. It is so hard to file a dispute. Additional incentive would be great since SES chat is receiving more chats.
