I like that they take the initiative to send updates via email
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I don't get enough given my position and how long I've been a TaskUs employee, a yearly increase would be awesome!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing is that they do give us an option to file leave(s) at any given day or time which is hard to come by at a different center.
