Overall TaskUs is a nice company to work with. Though there are times when communication is not good, e.g. incentive scheme, they've rolled out and suddenly change over a week. It's like false setting of expectation.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team comes up with different ideas on how to motivate their teammates.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
One of the most positive things about the culture and environment here at TaskUs is the "frontliner first" .
What are some of the best things about your team?
"Teamwork makes the dreamwork" every team that I have been into this was always the spirit. Sharing best practices to meet and exceed what is expected from us. Sharing is caring in real life, especially when I am quarantined. I did not expect that one of my co-teammate will bring food at my doorstep
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is evident that most of the commodities in the market have increased not to mention everything is expensive. As a teammate who has a family, what I am earning is not enough even if the basic needs are only to be considered to be provided. I hope that the company will act and increase the wage.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy at work when I am able to perform well and my customers recognize that it is more than helping them, but they felt they were heard and understood. Even if the company does not give awards often, my customers who took time to take the survey and appreciate my actions means a lot to me
