work related concerns and how to do your work to keep pace with client's demands.

What are some of the best things about your team?

we help each other, understands each individual and has a good communication in regards to work.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensations like change of LOB or additional training for a LOB does not provide additional compensation and I believe they are still pending in regards to negotiations about those topics.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Additional pay for cross training should be approved, After call work should be extended to 1 min. since queue is getting bigger and calls are too many to handle to do documentations and other processes that is related to work.
