The culture is great, the perks are awesome however with the low-mid range salary it is very hard to refer someone to the company specially if they came from another company who pays higher. some just takes the offer to makes ends meet.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do whatever it takes for the wellbeing of each teammate
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the management doesn't bode well in the tongue of teammates however the camaraderie once endorsed to operation is totally different
What makes you most happy at work?
our teammates plays a big role as a motivation but the fact that you find purpose in what you do, really makes up for it. hopefully we can get to be compensated more and will be golden
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
TaskUS is placed in a very competitive industry rather than funding ERP and do things to attract new employees why not invest in keeping it's current employees, loyalty is something that never gets discussed in the BPO industry
What are some of the best things about your team?
I started in a WFH setup and met people along the way however I didn't get the chance to get to know them that well but ever since we got together and interacted with each other personally, we all formed a bond that you can never get in a virtual setup
