Taskus is a great company. However there's no stability here and just pure gimmicky. Applied for promotion and got accepted however I'm considered as buffer. Which is so unfair in so many levels. This made me question my worth as an employee

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary we're too low for the jobs that we're doing. A great monetary incentives especially in frontier is highly appreciated not pizza and certainly not gift certificate
