I was very impressed that the company responded to the pandemic situation immediately for the safety of the teammates. After pandemic the company is still providing the good experience like they did before. Having concerts, engagements, happy hour, etc.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Neutral. Ive been with taskus for 5 years but it took me years to have my salary increased. Work environment is good but not that competetive.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Having two hmo dependents for free
What makes you most happy at work?
My colleagues who are also my friends outside work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I'm sorrounded by good people but there's still some having issues about work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are not biased. We're helping each other to reach our goal as a team.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It is now the second time around that I'm going to be redeployed because of the campaign sunset.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is following people's first. Specially the safety of the teammates when it refers to health issues.

They were able to help us with our redeployment and tried their best to help us maintain our job in spite of the challenges the client gave us.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have unity and the bond the we have is special. All of us treat each other as friends. Sad to say we need to be redeployed because of the campaign shut down.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everything is smooth until there's a new challenge in our campaign which is hard for me since the redeployment process is in between my 9th month pregnancy and maternity leave and I find it very stressful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Basic salary is not competetive anymore and they are only adding additional skills allowance where it should be added on the basic. Annual merit increase is too low and is hard to maintain. Other companies provide higher basic salary but with the same workload.
