So far, it's not that stressing. It's just that the pay is very low compared to the previous companies I've been with. I love that they have indoor games here. I hope that there will be one on every floor particularly table tennis. Food is good most of the time but is not enough for us to feel full.

They really value our health.

They do their best to make sure that all of us are all accounted for.

My team is cheerful and they seem to be enjoying the time we have together.
What makes you most happy at work?
The work environment. It does not make me feel that I'm in the office. It's like a playground for me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The base pay is too low for me and even if I already have 5 years of BPO experience, the rate I'm having is the same for those who are very new in the industry. So far, this is the lowest base pay offered to me.
