What do you like best about the leadership team?

Being present. Always trying to be assertive with campaign goals.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Leadership must change its view about their post. Some leaders use their roles to get what they want vs what's best for majority.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Align the salary to metro sites given that inflation is very much felt. Though the leadership thinks that there's no difference between the metro-pay to "us" regional/provinvial sites, there is a massive divide of salary range (plus vs other BPO outside). Salary realignment must take place.
