What makes you most happy at work?
Working from home without thinking that I would be experiencing traffic jams and late logins going to work. And also having more time with family and friends.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
hoping that the management will consider adding electricity and/or Internet allowance for those who are working from home and for some who are working onsite I think Shift transportation allowance per day with Night Differential conditions might be helpful.
