Some have retention bonuses and some do not and that's very unfair. SES PHONE has a higher salary compared to SES CHAT. I really find it very unfair. Being part of SES CHAT is also difficult because we are always queuing compared to SES PHONE. Working at home is great, we don't want RTO.
