i am quite happy with the company just because of the work from home set up, that's all.

happy with the current set up, hopefully it will not change.

compared to other companies around the metro, the compensation here is not competitive

work from home set up with very minimal to none face to face interaction with anyone from the company

getting paid every pay day even though i'm not that happy with the amount at least i'm still paid
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
inflation rate is rally high and salary is not competitive. and it's really tough to be qualified for a raise.
