management and they should care about their employees. there are too many employees filing their resignation
i've been working more and more for more that 3 years now but the pay is not enough
MANAGEMENT AND LEADERS HERE IN LH SHOULD BE CHANGED THEY ARE SELFISH AND DO NOT EXPLAIN THE "WHYS"
they're open and respect different culture for the environment tho, other people (esp TLs and OMs are not fair)
there should be no favoritism accept criticism be open-minded they should be fair should care about TM's wellness (esp mental health)
there's no even some kind of compensation when we asked for it because they are flexing us from one LOB to another and it's not even fair since we are working multiple LOBs
