
The leadership team is not well-aligned. There has been a lot of my fellow TMs have expressed their feedback but we still don't see any progress or improvement.
I've been with the company for 4 years now and our base pay has not yet increased. Though they have launched a way to increase it and would depend on our perfromance.
We are very open for feedback, may it be negative or positive. We make sure to lift others up no matter what the situation is. And we do not treat our fellow teammates as competitor.
We know TaskUs for its #PeopleFirst culture. I myself can feel it from the other leads but in our department alone, it seems missing. One example I can share is my experience when we tested positive for Covid-19 virus. It seems like they are only aftering for the attendance and shrinkage of the team
