all good, nice working environment but I personally would like it be a work from home set up since I get to be with my family. and it would cost less if it is WFH. not that at ease working at the office especially when I get to see to many people at the same time.

nice ambiance and getting to interact with people especially with co teammates

getting to earn even though it is not enough especially it is an onsite setting.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
make the transpo allowance permanent or provide internet allowance since it is going to be a WFH setup
