Payday and sometimes interacting with customers of different races makes me happy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Team work makes the dream work. On our team no one should be left behind.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Since we move to SES, the increase in skills allowance is helpful. Especially nowadays accommodation or dorm is expensive.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
To all leaders (My OM, My TL and other TL) from SES LOB are helpful, easy to approach and kind.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are not just a team. We been through thick and thin from Tier 1 and hoping it well for a long time.
