I use to enjoy working for the company and had planned to retire from it, but lately I don't feel so sure about staying anymore because the culture has changed and is not like it was a few years ago., Now it seems as though we are not appreciated but are blamed if the company is not doing well.

Most of my team mates are team players. I would say 9 out of 10.

They keep us informed about any changes to come and explain why the changes are happening.

The different programs they have to include employees for different aspects of their life. The focus on mind, body, and spirit.

I like the fact that leadership is transparent with everything, and they make sure to include and think of their employees best interest.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My compensation is not comparable to similar positions in the area. Also some employees received raises while others did not without a reasonable explanation. I would feel better if I could get a definitive answer as to why I wasn't giving a raise because my score and attendance is good .
