So many resiliency programs that will enhance us as a teammate to have fun while working and grow.

They are very approachable and willing to listen and understand the situation. They also helped us to grow in this company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is the best for me. Actually, not just our team but almost all the teammates are nice and friendly.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am motivated to work everyday because there is no pressure in the workspace and the work itself is not so hard to do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation is quite small compared to others. I hope our compensation will be higher, especially for the top performers. But the company itself, the teammates and the leaders, also the benefits are really good.
