From being interviewed for the company to where I am now, it had been a very productive and fruitful process. I was able to be promoted to a new role almost every year and it had been fantastic.

I was just wondering if we can get increases based on our scorecard quarterly if not yearly.

We need to be more competitive with the salary package specially for internal hires. I hope they would spend more for internal hires than external hires.
