salary is low - not enough for basic needs

there are many alcohols and tissues that we can use to protect ourselves from covid

we only get 22k but we take a lot of calls - the other oms tls are just doing nothing

there are so many calls (queueing) if we can get 25k or higher - or incentives if we have good attendance or stats
