Not so good not so bad.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
People in same position are already getting 25% more than I get, so I feel like I am being underpaid.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We are spending at least 9-10 hours in office and the food we get is very unhealthy. Floors are still under construction and there are at least 200-300 people on a single floor everyday.
