The experience was good but people over here try to control the agents like they were in school where you can not talk to the students of other section and etc.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We need to get salary according to the pressure of work we are handling and also get some commission on the payments we are taking.

We are working on a full hours but not getting the proper basic salary for it. it is not that fruitful to work for full log in hours.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We are not getting the proper rewards on working for 8 hours shift . You should increase the salary of the employees who are living out of their homes.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They should handle their responsibility by their own rather then distributing them to the team mates. it Creates many misunderstanding and grudges between the team members and put more pressure of the extra responsibilities which should be done by the team leaders.
