It is fun and happy. The culture and environment are good. But when it comes to urgent matters, like OTs not being timely plotted is something we hope could be done better and addressed by my immediate supervisor.

Openness. The environment and engagement activities

The basic salary is too low.

Fun, engaging, open and interactive
What makes you most happy at work?
Paydays and activities. Also look forward to extra curricular activities
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The engagement. But my OTs are not well taken care of. Done multiple follow-ups but seems no feedback. Found out that other teammates from other teams' OTs are plotted while ours aren't. Coaching is also not done regularly. Coaching is essential to know more of our standing.
