its not that competitive specially if you have a family and send kids to school
What are some of the best things about your team?
Its always the team players. but I must be honest in saying that there are those who do not cooperate. It kind of insults the Teammate who are very cooperative. The insubordination affects the whole team
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I would really appreciate and be grateful for the benefits if we truly get the benefit to pay for our children's tuition fees. And hopefully in the future we have attendance bonus every month apart from UL conversion
