Toxic workmates. Some are even being sided by the TL or the Om

salary is too low for on site as we are promised a wfh setup

i have no doubts when it comes to our TL and OM, it is the client and management itself that is incompetent.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My teammates. Other teams are so toxic. They gossip about you, make stories about you. They will do anything just to make other teammates' life miserable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We were promised a wfh set up before but a team complained so we were asked to go back to office. No matter what the circumstance is, a word should be executed.

we are promised a permanent wfh setup after a 7 week training but now we are no where near a wfh set up. There are no additional allowances like transpo allowance. Our salary is too low, we only accepted the offer since it is a wfh set up
