smiling is almost mandatory so you wouldn't be alienated

to be more straightforward, clear, hands on and just
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
some teammates are almost neglected. maybe pay more attention to them even if the LOB isn't prioritised by the management. and having competent leaders would be great.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
i don't have anything negative to say about them. but it would be better if they didn't know how much others make so that there wouldn't be any spite towards ML teammates.
