Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
because the salary is not that competitive enough, also, I think it's fair enough to increase our salary every time that we're going to be up-skilled.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
everything! I think we need to reiterate specially to those accounts whose headcount is huge that we need to adhere to with the core values of TaskUs. Because that's the main reason why TaskUs is way better than other BPO Companies in the world.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about my team is the legacy that we built, we always strive for greatness and always aim to be at the top and maintain on top. From my former Team Leader (Mary Anne Marcelino) and my current Team Leader (Johnevert Nicholas) were ridiculously good! As well as my awesome teammates!
