good experience here. However, there were so many changes in schedules and LOBs. in my 12 months staying here. I already have 9 TL's and already have 4 LOBs.

If there was an appraisal at least every 6 month. The teammate will not going to resign.

salary. however, if you give us an increase we will be more than happy to give our best on our work

No salary increase here. if there was any increase in salary, many other people would be encouraged to work here. Some companies, increasing the salary of their employee if they was already regularize. I hope it will do the same her. the every 6 months salary increased.
