My TL is an amazing person, however our PM is a person how gets influenced by friendship relations
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
due to the different languages we are fluent in there are diferences in salary , what is not fair because in the end we end up supporting any language. Being the company equality oriented if we are doing the same work we should have the same salary, regardless of gender, ethnicity, language, age,etc
