Very unstable. Have applied several times to advance in my career here and was denied every time. Felt I was not chosen because of my learning disability. Felt discriminated against for having dyslexia. Now we are being laid off at the end of the year after being promised it wouldn't happen.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My manager and coworkers make my day wonderful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not being laid off and paid a living wage
What are some of the best things about your team?
Quick to support each other. A comfortable environment and great friendship. Friendly competition to get higher scores.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Continuously promising that or jobs were secure and that we wouldn't loss our position. But were laid off anyways. And was delivered the news heartlessly without a viable option to stay with the company.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Not being laid off. Was told 11/14 we have until 12/21 to find another position or will be laid off. The only other option is to work on site in another city that is too far away. Are expected to continue to work the remaining time with no viable options to stay with the company.
