I love the idea of TaskUs but I feel like it's more talk than walk. I have been given training to grow but the opportunities are far and few. The company wants to be front line first but that feels like it's mainly for TMs, who work very hard and deserve it, but higher ups need benefits and raises.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The leads and our QA communicate great! We are always leaning on each other and trust one another always
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I would say the the friendship with the leads in my campaign and the communication with our OM is the best part.
What makes you most happy at work?
If it weren't for my co-workers I'm not sure I would keep coming. I think without them I would look for a higher paying job.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the communication I have with my direct supervisor, however her supervisor comes out of no where aggressive. It would come off better if she was communicating with us more than just as a lecture
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I recently found out that TMs will be making almost the exact same amount that I do. My most recent raise was only 20 cents. I work hard and put everything into my work, and I don't feel I'm compensated for it. WFH TLs and QAs deserve fair pay too.
