We help each other develop our skills and even help in solving each others personal problem (given the chance). We do healthy competition.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Skills allowance. But actually, if we compare my compensation with the prices of commodities in the market and the fact that I am paying for a boardinghouse and transportation everyday going to work, plus raising three kids, compensation do not really suffice.......
