It was great compared to different companies but I hope that the company would also provide scholarship for their employees.

My coworkers and the cozy lounge
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If the compensation can keep up with the inflation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are coordinated and we do work to have fun.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The recreational activities and the different amazing initiative like the support for our mental health.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're all participative and I do believe that we all practice what we learned during the Ridiculous Core Camp.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to learn new things and the Food Forward offers great meal! It's nice to know that the company supports and helps the growth of my career.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There's work-life balance! And we're meritocratic which doesn't discriminate but focuses on the skills and abilities of a person. The company also helps us be the best that we can.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I hope TaskUs would consider giving an increase or additional allowance considering the economic recession right now. Also, if the company can give scholarship to the family members of the employee, I look forward to the scholarship profram being open to the employees so they can upskill.
