My overall experience here in TaskUs were ridiculously awesome. I am so lucky to have leaders that is very dependables, and teammates that is very open in helping each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
All our leaders are very dependable and helpful to us teammates. I never experienced getting intimidated if there are queries I had to ask because they have this aura and attitude that will make you talk to them comfortably and with respect of course.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being ridiculous. Since the beginning being ridiculous have been the most said words to us because this is the culture that TaskUs have been impressing and throughout my work experience here, I've known ridiculously great people which are people who motivates and inspires me at work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Since we were hired, our basic pay didn't get the chance to had an increase specially now that every basic needs are pricey. I've been working in TaskUs for 2 and a half years already. It would've been better if our basic pay increase. Thank you!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team started working in a work from home setup so we got to talk and interact through online meetings only, but that doesn't stop us from forming friendships. I am proud too that my co-workers isn't just co-workers, they are my friends, my rant buddies, my food trip buddies.
What makes you most happy at work?
Since I've been working for 2 years already, I've been familiar with the processes that our campaign has so it doesn't give me much of a hassle everyday. And I also got to from friendships with my co-workers and having a small chit-chats with them while working is a bond we get to do each day.
