What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Myself, and the team I am in charge of are consistently pushed to our limits, and I often times hear about my team having poor work - home balance due to the nature of the job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The median pay for a management position with the same responsibilities I have in the U.S. is $85,000 USD. I am payed half of that, and when I tried to negotiate salary, I was told that TaskUs pays everyone equally and salaries are non-negotiable.
