New challenges everyday. Hopefully they considered increasing the basic pay to the point that people working here will not choose to leave the company because of low salary.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We all know that most of the basic necessities here in the Philippines is going high everyday. It would be great for every employees working in here to have an increase in our basic salary and allowances
