For more than 2 years of staying, overall I would say it's still great. But with the changes going around and with new people placed in managerial positions every day, things are not going smoothly lately. Will likely change in the next few months, for the worse if you ask me.

We have core values and practices people first, which gives priority to all employees

Amount of tasks not equivalent to compensation Not competitive enough with other sites and companies
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The system of how they manage people and of course, the compensation. No longer happy on what's currently going on compared to before.
