Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are handling jobs that is impacting our emotional and mental stress, our compensation is not enough for that, since we are working from home there is no internet subsidy and electricity allowance that we are getting. and the compensation that we are getting is not reasonable for me.
