Most companies provide Internet and Electricity allowance if WFH.

Being able to interact with different callers and ofcourse my temmates, TL and SME.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Even if we're seeing each other only on Team Buildings, I would say we're a solid team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When I was interviewed for this job, I was asked of what is my expected salary, I declared the salary I expected based on my experience that time but I was offered way lower than expected. I took the job because I simply need it during that time. I can adapt and adjust, which I did.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Even if we don't see each other, I can say that we are close with one another. For me, being one with the doesn't mean that I have to see them. It's a matter of how you make them feel that as if you're with them even if just from speaker and microphone. I can do that with my callers.
