What makes you most happy at work?
Just being able to interact with my friends and peers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are definitely a well - oiled machine on our team. We help one another and we support each others' individuality. I always look forward to working with my team every single shift.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel like for being able to work remotely from home, we are paid just fairly. But, some more compensation would be nice. But all in all, I feel that the pay is considerably fair.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I would say that the most positive about our work culture and environment is the support and engagement that we get. I still feel like I am at the office even though I am working at home.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the fact that my managers entrusts me with tasks that they know I am interested and passionate about. I've always wanted to be promoted and my managers are making sure that I am completely knowledgeable and competent enough for the post I am applying for.
