So far I have been happy with my stay in the company and I am still excited to come in to work daily. I am currently in a mentoring program that the company offers.

we work as a team. It's like we're bees in a hive.
What makes you most happy at work?
I look forward to doing a better job than yesterday's and probably come up with something useful for the team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their transparency, they make sure that we all are aware on the changes and they even ask us for our opinions about it. You would not see a company where leaders let their teammates be involved on whatever the business is going through.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think that the rate that the company gives us isn't that far from what the competitors offer their teammates. It's most likely the same, given that this location is in a provincial area. The only difference is the tasks that we have here is not complicated as the others. We're not overworked.
