They accepted most people with different background and health level.
There's a lot of incentives aren't given, like attendance, travel/transport, shift, languages etc.
They accept different races with same language in a team. They always ask about employee's opinions.
Yearly evaluation is not true, and no other incentives or choose not to have lunch but to change to money (Company lunch choice is not good for my health and weight.)
They need to stop using friendship while working. Talk too much. Not remembering what's updated and doubt teammate who remembered it. Not respecting teaming by making fun of other (of other teams as well.)
