The non taxable compensation. I'm able to keep them and serves as a saving.

The new learning and facing the customers and being able to help them resolve their issues.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They are giving us the privilege to work hard and at the same time to have fun. No pressure at all.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are jolly and friendly. I didn't have a hard time coping up with this new environment, because we welcomed one another warmly.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Being new to the company and as an employee who has no experience, they are very capable of helping and supporting me with what I need to learn. They are also very approachable.
