Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The cost of living here in Cavite isn't good for our salary. As of now, everything is expensive. The wages are not enough. It's time to remove the provincial rate and make us equal to Manila rate. And as a content moderator, we're viewing many explicit videos but we don't have any skills allowance.
