
At first it was awesome as I felt that it was really a "people first" company. As time goes by, many changes happened and felt like we are no longer have a voice to say how we really feel and just have to accept what has been given or told to us.

There's always movements going on. There is no enough training for the transitioning. Agents were not given enough time to familiarize and learn or re-learn the process before being deployed. Left with no choice regarding the changes.
