not getting issued NTE for doing something wrong.

the bond and the camaraderie.

I personally think it is the OM and my TL's in our department.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
higher salary would be much appreciated, It is much needed as of now with the inflation going on.
